Who don't love tea, right? I love tea so much and I personally like Earl Grey tea because it has a very nice aroma that makes me feel calm. Make sure you guys, try it too. But don't drink tea regularly because maybe some tea may have side effects but you guys can consult with your doctor first before deciding whether tea is the best option for you. Tea contains antioxidants. Antioxidants helps to keep us young and protect us from damage from pollution. Tea also has less caffeine than coffee, it actually contains about half the amount compared to instant coffee and a third of filter coffee.

A few studies have been carried out on this subject and chamomile tea connected to better tranquilizer or locomotor activity allowing for a more restful sleep. 3. ELDER FLOWER TEA
